OCCAC Announces Postseason Men's Soccer Awards

The OCCAC announced postseason awards today, and Cuyahoga Community College defender Tim McKinney was named the conference MVP.

McKinney did not have a point in conference play.

Other major award winners were: Ahmad Jarrar, Owens C.C. (Offensive Player of the Year); Matt Almester, Owens C.C. (Midfielder of the Year); Devan Anderson, Cuyahoga C.C. (Coach of the Year); and Tim McKinney, Cuyahoga C.C. (Defensive Player of the Year).

Jarrar tied for the league lead in points with Cincinnati State's Mohamed Thiaw. Almester finished third in the conference in scoring. Anderson led Cuyahoga to a 6-11-3 overall record and a 2-4 mark in OCCAC play.
