Cincinnati State soccer player Liam Doyle named NSCAA All-American

Cincinnati, Ohio---Cincinnati State men's soccer standout Liam Doyle has been selected as an NSCAA All-American.

Doyle finished this past season with 13 goals, 13 assists, and a team leading 39 points as Cincinnati State finished on top the regional standings and claimed its 9th conference title in 11 seasons. In the postseason, Doyle and the Surge claimed the NJCAA Region XII title and back-to-back appearances in the NJCAA National Tournament.

In addition to being selected as an All-American, Doyle has accumulated multiple individual honors including being named as a NJCAA All-American, NJCAA Region XII 1st Team selection (leading vote getter), OCCAC Midfielder & Player of the Year and an NJCAA Region XII All-Tournament selection.

Liam, a native of the Isle of Man, has a GPA above 3.5 and will be graduating from Cincinnati State this spring. He will continue his academic and soccer careers at The Ohio State University next season.
