Grier's Walk-off Seals the Deal in Coastal Alabama Sun Chiefs Victory Over Southern Union State Community College

Coastal Alabama Sun Chiefs defeated Southern Union State Community College 10-9 on Saturday thanks to a walk-off fielder's choice. The game was tied at nine with Coastal Alabama Sun Chiefs batting in the bottom of the tenth when Sam Maynard induced Allen Grier to hit into a fielder's choice, but one run scored.

Despite falling down by seven runs in the fifth inning, Southern Union State Community College tried to fight back. Southern Union State Community College put up eight runs in the failed comeback. Jackson Sweatt, Thomas Collins, Ryan Austin, Austin Brewer, Riley Borgert, and Collins all picked up RBIs in the rally.
