The OCCAC All-Sports Trophy is based on each school's average finish in each of the seven OCCAC sanctioned sports. To be eligible, a school must sponsor at least three of the seven conference sports, with at least one sport being a women's sport.

To award the Trophy, a schools average is determined by totaling their points in each sport, then dividing the total by the number of sports the school sponsors. Ties are determined by taking the combined points and dividing by the number of teams.
